What personal data is and what processing means

What processing we carry out and for what purpose

This website has no data collection forms: contact is made by email, by telephone or by post, through the addresses published on the site.

The only purpose for which we process your data is to handle the enquiry, request for information or quotation request you send us, to reply to it and to follow it up.

We collect your first name and surname, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, the details of the company you represent, as well as any personal data you provide us with in connection with your enquiry.

Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided, only the strictly necessary data will be requested.

It is important that users are aware of the data they provide and the purpose for which they do so, because when they provide it they accept that we collect, store and use it for the required purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time by the appropriate means.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in this case the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law.

Data security and storage

We will keep the data for as long as is strictly necessary to provide the requested service and as long as the data subject does not request its deletion, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, doing everything possible to protect it and keep it secure.

What personal data we share with third parties

No transfers of data are envisaged except where there is a legal obligation or a communication necessary to provide the requested service properly. No international data transfers are envisaged.
